Import Tax and Duties

Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases made online vary from country to country. KAFI does not cover any duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by your local government. Any duties payable are separate to your order amount and payable directly by the customer. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.

Returns & Exchanges policy

All Kafi creations are made to order to maintain a sustainable process. For this reason, we approach each return with attention and care. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund of the item's purchase price.

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return. All exchanged items must be unworn, with their original tags and packaging. 

to request a return, please contact us at hello@kafibudapest.com with your email and order ID number. A return authorization and shipping instructions will be sent to you within 24 hours. Please do not ship your return without this authorization, as it will not be processed. 

Returns must be shipped with trackable service and at the customer's expense. Please notify us once you ship.

Kafi Budapest reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise which does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
