REFUND POLICY
Physical Product Returns & Exchanges policy
All Kafi creations are made to order to maintain a sustainable process. For this reason, we do not offer refunds unless the Kafi you received is defected in some way. If this is the case, please contact us at hello@kafifolk.com within 24 hours with your email and order ID number and images of the defect you noticed.
If a return is granted, a return authorization and shipping instructions will be sent to you within 24 hours. Please do not ship your return without this authorization, as it will not be processed.
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return. All items must be unworn, with their original tags and packaging.
Returns must be shipped with trackable service and at the customer's expense. Please notify us once you ship.
Kafi Folk Ltd reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise which does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
Experiences Refund Policy
The fee for our workshops, retreats, and events is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show, as it covers the carefully prepared materials and activities. However, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else, ensuring they can enjoy this thoughtfully curated experience.
If you need to transfer your spot, please contact us at hello@kafifolk.com with your details, and we’ll assist with the process.
Kafi Folk Ltd reserves the right to refuse any transfers that do not meet the above requirements.
